Salle d'ô Loyalty Account

Purpose of the Account
The loyalty account allows its holder to benefit from a number of financial advantages (specific discounts, price reductions, promotions) as well as various services in all Salle d'ô stores in France.

Account Opening
The account is opened by Salle d'ô, through Salle d'ô stores, subject to acceptance of the application. It is limited to one account per person. It remains the sole and exclusive property of Salle d'ô. The account is personal and registered to the individual.

User Exclusions
The account benefits cannot be combined with benefits related to a professional status (craftsperson, administration, local or regional authorities, consular bodies, commercial companies, works council, etc.).

Account Validity Period - Account Cost - Renewal

The loyalty account is valid for one year from the date of payment of a €1 membership fee.

Upon expiry of the loyalty account, and in the absence of renewal, it is impossible to accumulate new loyalty points. However, points earned before the expiry date are retained if you re-enroll within one year of the expiry date. After this period, loyalty points are permanently lost. Using your account when making purchases: Earning loyalty points: Simply by providing the necessary identification information at the checkout, you can accumulate loyalty points based on the amount of your purchases (1 euro = 1 loyalty point). Loyalty discount: When your accumulated points reach a total purchase amount of 60 euros (including VAT) (= 60 loyalty points), you can receive a €5 voucher valid for 6 months. Vouchers and products purchased with a voucher are non-refundable. Returns: Items purchased and validated with the loyalty account can be returned within 3 months without presenting the receipt. original condition.

Account Holder Responsibility - Salle d'ô Responsibility
The account holder is responsible for the use of the account. They agree to present valid identification upon request at the cashier.

Salle d'ô reserves the right to terminate the loyalty account at any time, and to modify or replace all or part of the offers with other mechanisms or measures.

Every loyalty account holder is entitled, without any formalities, to new benefits that may be created during the account's validity period.

Sanctions
Any misuse or fraudulent use of the account is subject to the penalties provided by law.

All information collected during account creation is necessary for its allocation, management, or to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
