Abyssinian oil (crambe abyssinica seed oil) cleanses by absorbing impurities and oils, and nourishes the hair without making it greasy. Its very high fatty acid content provides nourishment and shine to the hair.

Madder root powder (rubia tinctorum root powder) is an Ayurvedic powder that adds shine and highlights to the hair. It also gives the shampoo a lovely color!
