Shade 260 is for blonde eyebrows. Shade 261 is for ash blonde eyebrows. Shade 262 is for brown eyebrows. The eyebrow powder is used with the 712 duo brush. Brush your eyebrows with the spoolie. Fill in any gaps with the eyebrow powder, applying it using the angled side of the brush. Use the spoolie again to remove excess product and give your eyebrows a natural shape.
