Application: Before applying makeup, use a size 4 foundation brush to apply a small amount of base: *For oily skin: all over the face *For combination skin: only on the T-zone. *During the day: an incredible touch-up result to mattify over makeup. To restore radiance during the day, apply a few touches of Velvet Smoothing Base over makeup (nasal folds, under the eyes, T-zone). To correct makeup mistakes, apply the Velvet Smoothing Base locally to the area to be corrected and blend until the blemish disappears completely. This product is intended for combination to oily skin. It is not suitable for normal to dry skin.
