Shea Butter
Shea butter is distinguished by its richness in essential fatty acids, notably stearic and oleic acids, which are known for their moisturizing and protective properties. These fatty acids, naturally present in large quantities in this butter, work synergistically to deeply nourish the skin, restore the hydrolipidic barrier, and protect the epidermis from external aggressors. Thanks to its exceptional composition, shea butter is a multi-purpose treatment that can be used on the face, body, hair, and even nails.
From the first application, the butter melts gently upon contact with the skin, releasing its nourishing and repairing active ingredients. Its rich and creamy texture envelops the skin in velvety softness, providing an immediate sensation of comfort and hydration.
It is particularly recommended for moisturizing dry and rough areas, such as elbows, knees, or heels, but also for soothing irritations and redness. One of the major advantages of shea butter lies in its ability to protect the skin against external aggressors. Thanks to its high fatty acid content, it forms a protective barrier that prevents dehydration and protects the epidermis from the effects of wind, cold, and even the sun. This butter is also ideal for soothing and repairing skin after prolonged sun exposure, relieving tightness and preventing flaking. On hair, shea butter plays a similar role. It protects the hair fiber from external aggressors while intensely nourishing dry and damaged hair. Applied as a mask before shampooing, it restores shine and softness to the hair, while helping to prevent split ends. For frizzy or curly hair, it helps tame frizz while providing long-lasting hydration.Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly.
Store in a dry place, away from light, and avoid temperature fluctuations.
Not recommended for people with a sensitivity/allergy to nuts and latex.
