How to heat your neck warmer:

Place your neck warmer in the microwave for 2 minutes (< 1000 Watts) or 60 seconds (> 1000 Watts) to heat it. Place a glass of water on the turntable next to your hot water bottle for optimal use. Make sure your hot water bottle is not too hot before using it or giving it to your child. If you wish to reheat your headband, wait until it has returned to its initial temperature.

Caution: Do not leave your hot water bottle unattended while heating and be sure to strictly adhere to the heating times. Read the instructions carefully before use and test the temperature before applying it to your body.
