High-performance natural absorption technology

Unlike conventional sanitary towels containing synthetic microbeads derived from petrochemicals (SAP / super-absorbent polymers), the Grand Beau Ultra Super sanitary towel relies on the natural absorbency of FSC®-certified cellulose fibres.

Surrounded by two leak-proof barriers and a fluid distribution channel, its absorbent core guarantees optimal leak protection. As a result, it has been awarded a B rating in SGS absorption tests (compared to a D rating for the market benchmark product), effectively protecting you against the risk of leaks and dampness.

Layer-by-layer composition

For complete transparency regarding the composition of your sanitary protection, here are the technical details layer by layer:

• Top layer (in contact with the skin): 100% organically grown cotton — soft, breathable and hypoallergenic.
• Absorbent core (internal matrix): FSC®-certified natural wood cellulose, bleached without elemental chlorine (TCF) and free from petrochemical microbeads (0% SAP).
• Anti-leak side barriers: Non-woven fabric made from polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) of plant origin (derived from sugar cane, 30 per cent bio-based).
• Bottom layer (in contact with underwear): 100% bio-based biopolymer film (plant starch-based), waterproof and breathable.
• Fastening & Support: Adhesive side wings and medical-grade adhesive free from harmful substances.

Tips for use & intimate hygiene

1. Secure the pad in your underwear using the central adhesive strip and fold the wings over the sides of your underwear for a non-slip fit.
2. Change your pad regularly, every 4 to 6 hours depending on your menstrual flow.
3. After use, roll the used pad back into its individual pouch and dispose of it in the household bin (never flush down the toilet).
