Vitamin E (or Tocopherol) is a fat-soluble vitamin (soluble in oils but not in water). Known for its antioxidant properties and its protective action on cell membranes, it is used to preserve preparations with a high oil content because it prevents them from going rancid. Vitamin E is also known to promote hydration and for its effect on skin microcirculation. It therefore acts as both a preservative and an active ingredient for the skin. 100% natural.

Dosage instructions:

As a preservative: the recommended dosage is 0.02 to 0.03% of the oil phase (oils and butters) of your preparation.

As an active ingredient: the recommended dosage is 0.1% of the total preparation.

Vitamin E is added to the preparation once it is finished and cold. Mix well to homogenize.
